Our mission at Pepper & Pearls is to successfully provide a feminine and fun way for women to stay healthy and fit.  We are a MOBILE fitness party service, meaning that we will bring our services to the client at their own convenience.

Workout

We offer many different feminine classes that will help shape all parts of your body. Cardio health seems to be one of the biggest benefits of classes like hip hop diva. The manipulation of the body during the workout and the constant movement gets the heart gets pumping and it often leaves you winded. It also helps you gain upper body strength. Other classes like belly dancing and chair dancing give an extreme abdominal workout.

Self Esteem

From yoga to contemporary chic classes, we specialize in making every female feel feminine and special. Females love to feel beautiful and attractive, and our feminine classes allow them that opportunity. Our all female classes allow our participants to have no need to be self conscious or feel like they are being judged for how they look. While one-on-one lessons are offered, group lessons add an extra boost of compliments because students and staff are encouraged to applaud and cheer each other on!

Sensual and Tasteful
Our fitness classes and dancing lessons will allow them to release their stress while having fun. Since all of our fitness classes are linked with femininity and sensuality, women are allowed to feel more uninhibited and free.
